Ben Pennington I don't appreciate having my Pay Pal hit on an automatic renewal that I didn't want for $107 which is more than twice the amount that you currently charge new customers for a year's service. These bad business practices are not doing your company's reputation any good. I will call billing as soon as they are back open and expect a full refund or at least a couple years of service instead of just one. Her response felt like she was chatting with 10 people. I asked to take the survey but she terminated the chat without giving me a link to take the survey.
